A real experience of Kerala Traditional and Classical Ayurveda
For over sixteen years, Kerala Ayurvedic Panchakarma Centre has brought the uncompromised tradition of Kerala Ayurveda to Visakhapatnam. Our methods come from the classical Ayurvedic texts as Kerala has practised them for centuries: warm medicated Thailams, unhurried work by hand, and treatment chosen for the person in front of us rather than the complaint alone.
Our focus is on conditions that conventional medicine often manages rather than resolves: chronic back pain, cervical and lumbar spondylitis, arthritis, sciatica, frozen shoulder, joint pains, muscular discomfort, and stress-related ailments.
Patients come to us after months or years of searching. We are a small, experienced team, and we take very few shortcuts. What we offer is not convenience — it is care that takes the time it actually needs to work.

The centre on its own street in Visakhapatnam.

Warmth, Thailams, steam, and time — used the way Kerala has always used them
- Ayurveda looks at the whole person — the condition, the routine that produced it, and the constitution of the body it sits in.
- The tools are warmth, Thailam, touch, steam, and rest. Nothing about them is fashionable, and nothing about them is new.
- Therapy is unhurried by design. A session that is rushed is a session that does not work.
- Traditional practice is honest about its limits: it supports the body, it does not overrule medicine.
What every visit here looks like
Six things you can expect from us, whatever brought you in.
A few simple things to know
We keep the first visit easy. Here is everything you need to arrive prepared.
How to book
Call or message on WhatsApp. We will ask about your condition and suggest a suitable time.
What to bring
Just yourself. Oils, towels, and treatment essentials are all provided.
What to wear
Loose, comfortable clothing you can change out of easily before the session.
Arrive a little early
A few minutes early lets the therapist understand your routine before starting.
Bring your reports
If you have scans, X-rays, or a doctor’s prescription, bring them. They help us work safely.
Questions any time
Message us on WhatsApp before or after your visit — we would rather you asked.
Tell us what hurts. We will tell you honestly whether we can help.
The first consultation costs nothing. Share your condition and a number we can reach you on, and one of our therapists will call you back to talk it through.
If traditional Ayurvedic therapy is not the right answer for your condition, we will say so.
- Consultations in Malayalam, Telugu, Hindi, and English
- No obligation, and no pressure to book a course
- Bring any scans, X-rays or prescriptions you already have

Three details is all we need to call you back.
We would rather show you the room than sell you the review
You will not find testimonials on this site. Not because nobody has anything good to say — after sixteen years there is plenty — but because we have not yet asked anyone properly, and we are not willing to write them ourselves.
When we have real stories, told in the patient’s own words and with their permission, they will go here. Until then, here is what we can tell you that is simply a matter of fact.
- Sixteen years at the same addressNot a franchise, not a chain, and not a business that moves on when the lease ends.
- The therapist who assesses you treats youYou are not handed between staff, and you will see the same hands each visit.
- The first consultation costs nothingIf we do not think therapy will help your condition, we will say so and you will owe us nothing.
- No cure is ever promisedEvery treatment page on this site says plainly what traditional therapy can and cannot do.
- We will send you to a doctor when you need oneEach condition page lists the warning signs that mean a hospital, not a therapy room.
